A New Chapter Begins at the Historic Inn
Construction has begun on the historic Inn at The Beeches, marking a major milestone for Nascentia Neighborhood. The project will bring new life to the long-vacant Inn while creating 48 affordable apartments within Nascentia Neighborhood. Designed for adults 60 and older, this independent living project will offer residents the opportunity to age in place while maintaining an active lifestyle.
The project will preserve the Inn’s historic character while adapting it to meet modern housing and energy-efficiency standards.
Construction is expected to continue for approximately 19 months, with leasing anticipated in 2027.
